Noise location: second row backrest noise

Solution: increase the welding point here to increase the rigidity of the back panel; adjust the size of the hand buckle flap to increase the distance from the tubular structure.

 

Case seven:

 

Noise location: seat headrest noise

 

Analysis: the vehicle to 20km / h through the cobblestone road, Belgium Road, the front headrest noise. When the seat is adjusted to the maximum stroke and the middle stroke are no noise, only the lowest stroke noise, disassemble the sample found that when the headrest in the lowest position, the headrest rod and backrest frame limit wire interference, when received road excitation, the seat headrest rod vibration and knocking limit wire to produce a strange sound.

 

Solution: stick felt on the limiting wire; add rubber pad at the lower end of the headrest rod.
